I recently stayed at this hotel and while it had some great features, there were also a few drawbacks. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable, but at £260 a night for a Waldorf, I expected a bit more. The staff was incredibly helpful, but the location was a bit inconvenient, requiring taxis or shuttles for transport. Overall, it's a lovely hotel but not necessarily worth the high price tag.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were stunning and spacious, with breathtaking views of Rome. The service was attentive and friendly, really going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. However, I did find the location a bit tricky to navigate at times and the dining options, while excellent, came at a premium. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money considering the luxurious amenities and comfort.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pretty great experience overall. The location is absolutely beautiful, perfect for soaking in the surroundings and enjoying all that Rome has to offer. The service was top-notch, especially from Nicholas at the front desk, who was so accommodating. However, the room I stayed in had a lingering smell of cigarettes, which was a bit off-putting given that it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The dining options were fantastic, especially with kids eating free. Overall, I think it’s worth it for the views and the great staff, but there's a little room for improvement in the room quality.

Rooms
7.0
The room had a lovely view, but unfortunately, it smelt of cigarettes even though it was a no-smoking room. I did notice that one room seemed nicer than ours, which was puzzling since they were the same type.

I recently stayed at a hotel that offered stunning views of the Eternal City, making my husband's 60th birthday celebration with our kids truly special. The rooms were lovely, and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional, really going above and beyond. However, the location was a bit of a trek from major attractions, and I found the dining experience to be somewhat mediocre despite the fantastic breakfast spread. Overall, it was a memorable stay, but a few improvements could make it truly excellent.

Rooms

The hotel had a lovely view, but it was a 25-30 minute walk to the Vatican, which is somewhat inconvenient for tourists. A short taxi ride can help get you to sights faster.
Dining

While the breakfast was probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had, other dining options were quite mediocre.
Facilities

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The panoramic views of Rome from my room were absolutely breathtaking, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. However, I found the noise from neighboring rooms during the day a bit bothersome, and the room wasn’t ready until after 3 PM, which was inconvenient. Overall, it's a great place with excellent service and a fantastic location, though there are some minor issues to consider.

Rooms

The sixth-floor room I stayed in had a stunning panoramic view of Rome, but I could hear noise from neighbors during the day. It was quiet at night, though.

I had a great stay overall, thanks to the clean and comfortable rooms and the friendly staff. The location on a hill overlooking the city offered stunning views, though it was a bit far from the main attractions which made getting around a little inconvenient. The service was truly exceptional and the hotel's amenities, like the pool, made for a relaxing experience. However, the dining options were somewhat pricey without being extraordinary.

Rooms
8.0
The room was very clean and had everything I needed, including some impressive toiletries. I appreciated the quiet door and the shutter that blocked out all light for a restful night. However, I feel that it would be a tight fit for more than three people.
Service
10.0
The service was outstanding! The staff was always friendly and made sure every request was taken care of promptly without being intrusive. They even helped arrange tours right from the hotel, which was super convenient.
Location
7.0
Situated on a hill overlooking the city, the location offered beautiful views. It was a bit distant from central attractions, requiring a cab ride or the hotel’s free shuttle to get around, which added a bit of inconvenience.
Dining
6.0
The dining options seemed extensive at first, but I found the evening menu to be a bit underwhelming and overpriced for what was offered.
Facilities

The hotel offers an amazing experience with its extensive amenities and large, comfortable rooms, making it very appealing for a stay. The service was accommodating, especially when they tailored a vegan menu for me. I loved the tranquil location away from the city center, providing stunning views. However, the hotel only accommodates up to three guests per room, which might be a drawback for larger families or groups.

Rooms

The rooms were huge and well-appointed, featuring a fantastic array of high-quality toiletries including Salvatore Ferragamo products. The motorized blackout shade and soundproof door were a nice touch for restful sleeping.
Service

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, which is in a fantastic location close to some of Rome's iconic sights. The rooms were spacious and had a great view, while the staff were friendly and super helpful. However, I found the dining experience lacked variety, specifically during breakfast. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money with its amenities and comfort.

Location

The hotel offers an incredible view of Rome with a spacious and luxurious feel. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. However, the rooms are not suitable for families due to size limitations, and the dining experience could use improvement, especially for the price. Overall, it’s a great option for couples or solo travelers looking for a calm escape in a prime location.
